Lunar ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Lunar iOS app.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: Name and email address when you sign in with Apple or Google.
- Health data: Menstrual cycle information you voluntarily enter or import from Apple Health. This data is used solely to personalise task recommendations and is never sold or shared with third parties.
- Usage data: Task completions, energy check-ins, and session activity, used to generate your personal productivity patterns.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalise the Lunar experience (cycle-aware task suggestions, productivity patterns).
- To sync your data across devices via Supabase (our backend provider).
- To send you optional push notifications (you can disable these at any time in iOS Settings).
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Health and cycle data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.
4. Apple Health
If you choose to import cycle data from Apple Health, Lunar requests read-only access. This data is used only to pre-fill your daily check-in and is not shared outside the app.
5. Third-Party Services
- Supabase – database and authentication
- RevenueCat – subscription management
- OneSignal – push notifications
6. Your Rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the app. For questions or data requests, contact us at amanjai03@gmail.com.
7. Children
Lunar is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
