By downloading or using the Lunar app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Aman Jaiswal ("Lunar", "we"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Subscription

Lunar Pro Monthly: $9.99 / month, 7-day free trial.
Lunar Pro Annual: $79.99 / year (~$6.67/month), 7-day free trial.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by law.

3. Use of the App

Lunar is a personal productivity tool. You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Health Information

Lunar is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Cycle and health data you enter is used solely for personalisation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Lunar is owned by Aman Jaiswal. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
